TOORMORE COVE · WEST CORK · IRELAND
At the edge
of the Atlantic.
A PRIVATE WATERFRONT RETREAT
Where the house meets the cove.
Strandville is a four-bedroom family home on the tidal waters of Toormore Cove, in Roaringwater Bay. Set between gardens, orchard and shoreline, it combines generous contemporary living with the quiet character of West Cork - a place to swim, paddle, train, eat outdoors and watch the tide change.

THE HOUSE
Light, space and room to gather.
The original house opens into a light-filled contemporary extension with a large kitchen, generous dining and living spaces, and views that keep the cove present throughout the day.

FOUR BEDROOMS · SLEEPS EIGHT
Wake up in West Cork.
A ground-floor principal suite and three upstairs double bedrooms make Strandville comfortable for families and groups of up to eight, with two beautifully finished bathrooms.

SEA + SAUNA
From the Atlantic straight into the heat.
At the bottom of the lawn, just a few metres from the water at high tide, Strandville's private electric sauna turns a swim in Toormore Cove into something rather special. Step into the sea, warm up in the sauna, then do it all again. Two kayaks are available for exploring the sheltered waters of the cove.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A front-row seat on Toormore Cove.
A sunken seating area and adjoining dining space look directly across the cove towards the small famine-era church on the opposite shore, creating one of the most memorable places at Strandville to eat, read, talk or simply watch the tide come in. A Weber barbecue sits nearby, with the orchard and lawns stretching towards the water.

WELLNESS
A proper place to train.
The private wellness studio is fitted with professional rubber flooring and equipment chosen for serious training as well as holiday workouts - a commercial treadmill, spin bike, adjustable weight bench and a complete set of dumbbells ranging from 2.5 kg to 40 kg.

WEST CORK
Secluded, not isolated.
Schull is approximately 10 minutes away by car, with independent shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, a lively harbour and a weekly summer market. In the other direction, the Mizen Peninsula stretches towards Ireland's southwestern edge, with quiet coves, beaches, walking routes and some of the country's most dramatic coastal scenery.
Strandville is well placed for exploring Schull, Crookhaven, Barleycove, Mizen Head, Baltimore and the islands of Roaringwater Bay.
